Watch these talented students from GOCA (Global Outreach Charter Academy) as they enthusiastically present this year’s events at their school.

The Global Outreach Charter Academy (GOCA) is a K-8 charter school in Jacksonville, Florida, 25 miles south of the Georgia border and about 140 miles north of Orlando. The school was founded by two Ukrainian immigrants in 2008. GOCA specializes in teaching foreign languages, especially Russian and Spanish, starting in early elementary school. In addition, the school organizes international field trips and has a strong foreign exchange student program.

Last spring, SPIRAL staff led a guided tour of Chinese middle and high schools for a group of GOCA teachers and administrators.
