Seton Catholic High School recently made an agreement with SPIRAL International. SPIRAL will help match International students who would like to study in an American high school with Seton Catholic High School. Located in Plattsburgh, New York, near Lake Champlain, Seton Catholic has a long tradition of opening their doors to international students.
